I don’t know what happened during shipping, I don’t entirely blame seller. Plant was cold as ice it’s very very in shock heat pack was not warm at all. It was shipped with a heat pack. The insulation was cardboard with stuffing wrapped in tape to attempt to hold it in place. But the plant had come out of the pot during shipping. It’s a begonia honestly it was my first. But I’m not requesting a refund it was only a 3 dollar plant. Shipping arrived with in that 72 hour time frame but the pack did not hold up at all…I’m worried now I have a few more comming from different sellers.
