great product, my first rapid charger and works great. couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else I still have not received the item at all I’m considering I paid almost retail for this thing actually I did pay retail I could’ve just went to Home Depot and got the same day I’ve been waiting over a week and I still haven’t gotten it I don’t understand what’s going on or if I got ripped off I’m not sure there has been no communication Just as shown, thank you.
