You repeatedly requested a lower price, which I politely declined. Since the tracking and video receipts contradict your claims, the rating may have been influenced by the declined price request. My daughter has had a viewmaster for a while but it’s rarely touched because you can’t buy extra slides. This shop has so many treasures to choose from and one of those was a few sets of vintage viewmaster slides. I have searched forever for reasonably priced slides without buying a bunch of things we don’t need, and I really like that they offered the sets separately and not as an entire bundle. That way we could purchase what we wanted and didn’t already have. The sellers were thorough at sharing the condition of their items, so there were no surprises when out items arrived. The arm is broken/cracked on the Mia, and is not worth what it was sold for. Sorry ur order took long to arrive. Completely understand how frustrating shipping delays are. Full transparency ur order shipped within 20 hours (next day), tracking shows USPS in possession next day. Once it’s with USPS timing can unfortunately be outside of my control. That said ur experience matters to me, had I known sooner I would’ve gladly worked with you, whether that meant a refund, exchange or a credit on a future purchase. Issuing U a full refund.
