Items were perfect however I paid shipping in advance which is very typical on this app and the seller apparently didn’t pay to have it shipped so when it got to my local post office they left me a note that in order to pick it up I would have to pay th shipping cost. So I paid shipping (I have proof of everything) and messaged this seller to reimburse me and she blocked me. The post office also warned me this happens very often with this app but this was a first for me and I use it often (not anymore). I just wanted to warn others because that was wrong of her. If it was an honest mistake we could have just settled it but instead I was blocked. I blocked you because you demanded a refund. Shipping is automatically calculated, and I adjusted based on weight. I have to pay for shipping in order to print a label. I also have never heard of this and seemed like a scam, so I blocked you. Thank you! Packaging was perfect and piece is even more beautiful in person

Wild to leave it as part of your review considering you didn’t send me pictures, and I have no control over what happens in transit. I also advised you how simple it is for file a claim with whatnot for a full refund with proof of pictures. Both items were wrapped with paper, several layers bubble wrap, and Saran Wrap. But- you do you, boo. This plate is one of the most precious things I’ve seen! It came so quickly and they went above and beyond packaging it!
