I won many auctions for retro NES game catridges and a console (not music albums/records as described in his bio). From missing items, to poor packaging, to excuses for rushing due to "personal matters" that don't concern me nor our business transaction. And later stating that I wanted to "have him kicked from a platform" (oh, the drama).
I did receive a full refund for the missing items, but that doesn't justify the lack of care for how the items arrived. Throwing money at a customer and saving a few bucks in shipping materials is not a resolution. Save yourself the headache and my only hope is he will learn and grow from this experience.First off I’m gonna start by saying, mistakes happen in business and i made the mistake right by refunding you and you told me in messages that you were happy with the transaction that your eight dollar purchase for your video game system was just missing the box and you were mad that you did not get the box.
Secondly, I’ve spoken to people in the comic category, the video game category, and other categories, and from what I’ve gathered, you are one of those customers that you are never happy.
