This is the 1st we have heard about your item not being delivered, however we have tracked the item and checked the address on google earth and it was delivered on the Saturday 22nd of August at 10.19 am . Please see the message we have sent with photos of the item being delivered.

Always great bargains and excellent quality do not buy this. it states on the bottle TOXIC TO ENVIRONMENT . why are you selling this product. its a room scent Hi Kelly, this is a legal requirement to on room sprays that contain (VOC’s), which is 90% of room sprays on the market- it means if disposed of incorrectly I.E tipped in a river in can harm aquatic life. all fabulous items excellent packaging great seller great products fast delivery. highly recomend . Another absolutely FABULOUS parcel received today- thank you SO SO much! 🫶🫶🫶 Honestly, I’m blown away once again; I feel genuinely bad for the prices I’ve paid as my gosh, I know many of us love a bargain but your items are always worth MUCH more than what’s paid 💜 I already knew that your items are always of top quality, yet I’m happily shocked at these items- for instance, usually the camera makes things look bigger but on this occasion, my items are even bigger & better in true life, for example, the bug house- just WOW!! I can’t believe the size and quality of it!! Also my gilet is wonderful, I ordered a M as you said it’s about a 10, I’m a 10-12 it’s PERFECT! Not tight in any area, wonderful colour & quality 😍 Then to top off an already incredibly fab experience, our items are clearly packed care & your delivery is soooo quick!!
