According to the USPS tracking, the letter was marked as delivered on July 4 at 12:02 PM. Since it was shipped with First-Class Mail Letter tracking, I unfortunately don't have more detailed tracking than that. If it still hasn't shown up, I'd recommend checking with other members of your household, your mailbox, or your local post office, as mail can occasionally be marked delivered before it actually arrives.
