I am 43 retired Air Force looking for a hobby I found this channel because it is a family ran channel. I do not watch sports i entered the break and had a good time talking and everything was good until I received the envelope that was supposed to contain my cards from the break and a givvy I won. The package was not seal and not tape on the envelope. I messaged the channel and the response I get he has never done this in 1300 packages sent and he can't figure out what happened to the tape. what tape? look at the pictures there is no tape or tape residue and no cut marks. This was a simply mistake that cost the channel a new to the hobby customer. To question someone's integrity over less than $30 especially when I wasn't even being mean or rude is uncalled for.
