I’m so sorry to hear the box was damaged but I’m happy the product wasn’t! We do ship all items in bubble wrap to try to prevent any damages but sometimes the carriers/mail truck can have some wear and tear on packages, I apologize and hope you love your new squishy! 🎉 Both arrived and brand new condition!
