I contacted the company to cancel before the order had even shipped because it was getting close to a month with no package or updates. Funny enough, the very next day after I reached out, it suddenly shipped. Then they responded saying, “Well, if we had known you wanted to cancel, we most definitely would have.”
That makes no sense considering I literally contacted you to cancel before it shipped in the first place. great items and great quality received my order quickly but never received the giveaway. great show. will order again. Granddaughter loved!!

Loved my items 😍 Thank you so much! Products were good but only allow 5 products per box no matter what weight to expedite shipping. I was charged $32 for shipping. All items could have been sent in same box. Total weight including box was under 9 pounds. All items arrived at same time. An air freshener? For a giveaway that had over 600 entries. An air freshener I like the plush I got, but one big plush package never got sent, so why offer it? Excellent fast shipping great deals thank you 🙏 Thanks soooo much!
