I’m so sorry about this I wish you would’ve contacted me with some pictures I would’ve replaced it or refunded you. I did check the video receipt and I’m pretty sure those on the fly pants were in great condition but again I could’ve missed it. 😞 No size dot I looked everywhere and sent pictures. Material is not authentic nor tag. Hi I’m sorry 😞 that you missed on the live when I mentions the shorts had no size dot since these were older version, you could’ve contacted me we could’ve arranged for a return 😊 I made a purchase of what was supposed to be a lululemon bra. I was sent the wrong item. Things happen and I completely understand. I reached out showing the item that I got. I got a response acknowledging that the wrong item was sent with an apology. Once again, things happen. I was told that she was going to send out the correct item. I asked if she wanted me to ship back the item that I received and I was told no. I reached out a week later asking if the item that I purchased had been shipped out and I never got a response. I made this purchase on 08/15 and it’s now 09/07 and I still haven’t gotten a message back. I understand things happen but I’m very disappointed that I’m getting ghosted instead of getting an explanation. I’m so sorry that I didn’t follow up with you this is completely my fault and I apologize that you feel ghosted I totally didn’t responded to some of my messages for a week I had several things come up but that is not an excuse 🥹 I’ll message you to send you a refund Even cuter in person!
