I get things happen, but some communication would have been helpful. Aside from that, I did eventually get my order. Everything was packed very well and with lots of care and free gifts- thank you! The only thing that I’m marking it down for is this lipstick is completely dried out and it almost looks used. The cap had lipstick on it as it’s been pulled out. That’s why I’m assuming it’s completely dried out as it’s been openedThank you for the review. As a male, I can promise you I don't wear lipstick so no it wasn't used by me or anybody in my house. After I drop it off to the post office I dont know what goes on or who does what but I make sure everything I sell is completely closed.
