I’m really sorry to hear that your plants arrived in poor condition. Unfortunately, once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier, transit delays are outside of my control.
That being said, I was never contacted about any damaged or dead plants, nor did I receive a refund request. As stated in my shop policies, I ask that any shipping damage be documented with photos or video within 24 hours of delivery so I can properly assess and address the situation.

Huge, healthy, and expertly packed💚💚 1 plant was ok lots of leaves bent. But the begonia was very sad. Every leaf was bent or completely broken. Many completely dried out and crunchy. There was a half a pot of loose soil in the box. It also took 2 weeks for my order to arrive. Hi!
