Unfortunately these were not authentic. They had such a strong odor when I opened them. I could tell right away something wasn’t right. The sole is too thick and there’s not any stamps of authenticity the box or the sole.

Received what I ordered, packed well and shipped fast. Thank you. I’m sharing my experience in hopes that it helps other buyers make an informed decision. The seller states in their bio to reach out with any issues, but unfortunately they were not willing to assist when a problem arose. My package was marked as delivered on November 4th, yet I never received it. After speaking with USPS, I was advised to contact the seller directly for support.
Despite giving the seller ample time to help resolve the issue or offer a refund, their only response was that the package had been sent—no further guidance, accountability, or willingness to help. Nearly $150 worth of items are now lost, and because the tracking shows “delivered,” Whatnot is unable to step in. Customer service is a crucial part of any business, especially one that says they wholesale or bulk items.
Unfortunately, Your time and money are better spent with sellers who stand behind their service and support their customers when issues arise! I ordered 3 items from them. 2 from one show and 1 item from a show the night before. I was only sent 2 of my 3 items. The one item continues to only show “label created” and has never changed to a shipping status of “shipped”. It has been 2 weeks of no shipping update on my order. When I reached out to the seller about this issue they blamed it on USPS losing my package. But how could they have lost the package if it was never scanned in by USPS? When I asked the seller for additional help with the lost package issue, like possibly me repurchasing a new item for the one that got “lost”, I got crickets. No response back. They’ve left me on read for about a week now with no reply to my message for help with an issue that is not my fault as the buyer. Terrible customer service. And whatnot customer service hasn’t been helpful because I have to wait minimum 14 days before they can consider the package “lost” because it’s been marked as “label created”. This app and sellers are not helpful Excellent seller! Amazing prices! Will come back for more! 🤍🤍 Thank you love the new outfit! Amazing quality and super fast shipping!
