He contacted me saying his package had been tampered with and one Ohtani was missing from the 2018 team set. Although, the other two valuable Otani refractors were still there. As a fairly new seller, I reached out to a veteran on the site and they advised that the buyer has to file with Whatnot because they handle USPS issues. Not only did I contact Whatnot on his behalf, he got a full refund. I waited a couple days to respond as I thought the buyer would pull this review down. Great card. 10/10 recommend!!!
