The paper spot in $1 start show is won by the purchaser by simply having the highest bid at auction’s end and is typically 90 -100 cards, includes all teams and rookies and on average goes for a winning bid of $1-$7. This is explained verbally and in the show notes that whatnot can reference. The winner of that spot has the cards and they are donated to youth sports, schools, little league programs.
