This seller has all the good stuff firsthand and she is very friendly alongside her two little Westies. I’ve gotten small items from the tiniest tiniest toys all the way to a cooling bed. Every purchase has been five stars. Thank you again pawsome got my box, ripped open, all but 3 little things remained. seller did not work with me, uses refused a refund, and all attempts of resolution were ignored or had excuses. Spent quite a bit for a small budget, and to not receive the product, replacement, nor refund was total bs. No longer follow or buy from this seller. Only burn me once and I am done.Maddy,
I'm sorry your package was damaged in transit by USPS and that items were missing. I did not make ignore you nor make excuses. l provided you with the USPS claim link along with the documentation needed to file a claim but you said you gave up after you couldn’t figure it out. As a small business, I unfortunately cannot absorb the cost of replacing items that were lost or damaged by USPS after I carefully package the items and they leave my care. My other reviews reflect this is not how I handle my business, I’m sorry that we couldn't reach a resolution you were happy with. Happy pups as always!
