When contacted seller then asked to return for refund. Not acceptable.I apologize that your experience with Pawsome Deals wasn’t up to par. The product did have a typo for the description and was called out when noticed in the show as well as asking numerous times if you’d like to cancel, even when tagged. Once received, I offered you the refund for the item itself which you declined and Whatnot automatically changed to refund with return.
