HOT HANDS Packaging was rough - cards not in toploaders Hello, I’m sorry for the inconvenience. All cards should have been properly sleeved and secured in a bubble mailer for maximum protection. Not all cards will have top loader, unless they are big hits like a IR or SIR. Halos and reverse halos are usually just sleeved.
