Exactly as pictured, came in pretty fast. The packaging was better than my last order, that's for sure. I do appreciate the customer service from them. However plants aren't always fully rooted and that should be specified. I was excited for this package, unfortunately the postal service wasn't on our side with this one. Seller did reach out to let me know it had been delayed and to let them know if I had any concerns once the plants arrived. Seller is super sweet!! I'm sorry but what I got did bot match what I won in the game wasn't packaged very well leave was broken on cutting Packaging was not done well at all. Plants arrived very damaged with dirt everywhere. Probably partially at fault for USPS but I've received plants from other sellers with no issue. Love my plant, did not like the way USPS took care of my package. Dirt was everywhere, the box was broken and 3 of the 5 leaves were super discolored, 2 of those also had broken stems. NOT THE SELLERS FAULT. We were very happy with all the plants we received! very beautiful plant!
