I understand the vendor is trying to forge a business and fair play, but having purchased item based upon stated one day dispatch time for my niece's birthday, it was eventually dispatched after seven days. I contacted the vendor without response and then whatnot customer service who, despite their seller policy requiring dispatch within two working days, said they'd investigate if not sent within three weeks. Go figure....Hello, completely understand why you’d be frustrated and upset, I’d just like to say that week I was very ill and it was a struggle to pack 100 orders during that time. I got the parcels out as fast as I could which was actually 6 days and I also responded to every enquiry I received explaining the delay, I’ve just checked and I still don’t see a message from you? Item received on time in good condition.
