My package finally arrived today after a three-week delay, and all five of the plants I ordered are completely dead. Not a single one survived the trip. They arrived completely brown and literally falling to pieces. one of them was open and the slimy stuff was all over the package. for the last 2 weeks I reached out to the owner with my concerns, I was completely brushed off. Instead of offering a real solution or taking responsibility, he just kept dismissing my worries and insisting that I 'wait, they will make it.' It is obvious they are beyond saving. The complete lack of care and customer support made me feel entirely undervalued as a customer. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere."Solimar, let’s be factual. These were $1-start items where I explicitly stated grower experience was required. 5 days post-order, you worried about air/water; I corrected you that sealed in vitro TCs don't need them and to not worry. The damage lies solely on a 3-week USPS delay. Furthermore, you privately messaged me that 3 of 5 plants died, but changed your story publicly to claim all 5 did. I don't control the mail. Whatnot protection covers carrier failures, which is why I mentioned you could submit a claim, but blaming a small business and lying about the facts is unjustified.
