My package finally arrived today after a three-week delay, and all five of the plants I ordered are completely dead. Not a single one survived the trip. They arrived completely brown and literally falling to pieces. one of them was open and the slimy stuff was all over the package. for the last 2 weeks I reached out to the owner with my concerns, I was completely brushed off. Instead of offering a real solution or taking responsibility, he just kept dismissing my worries and insisting that I 'wait, they will make it.' It is obvious they are beyond saving. The complete lack of care and customer support made me feel entirely undervalued as a customer. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere." Shipping got delayed at no fault to the seller so the tc’s were in really bad condition and didn’t make it but my corms are perfect! PENSON NEVER DISAPPOINT!
