In the box. In the fluff it was wrapped in. In the paper around the plant. Everywhere BUT the plant. The roots were exposed so I hope that won’t affect it to badly. The packaging was very upsetting. The plant was good. Typical shock. A couple of the leaves were yellow and damaged. Hopefully she’ll make it. Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear the soil came loose and the roots were exposed—that’s not the experience I want for anyone. The best way to resolve shipping issues like this isn’t through reviews but by messaging me directly so I can assist, or by opening a “damage in transit” ticket through Whatnot.
