I purchased this small salt and pepper set and another slightly larger 1 piece item. Items were purchased back to back in the same auction. I was charged full shipping on both items, which is not the concern. Immediately after I messaged the seller about bundling the items and shipping together beings both items could be shipped in the smallest USPS box. The seller could not be bothered to message me back. I suppose rather than ship together / bundle shipping, the seller thought it was more important to make a few extra dollars and ship, not only separately, but cover her tracks by shipping out the boxes on separate days. The items are great. The extra shipping charge is not the complaint, it’s the ignorant lack of communication from a seller when monetary questions are ones that greedy sellers avoid. I am so sorry that you feel your experience was less than satisfactory. I do not make any additional money when shipments are split into separate packaging, as the freight is collected by Whatnot, and not the seller. These orders were packed and shipped in the order that our team was able to process them, and we apologize for the oversight. Thank you. So sweet. Arrived perfectly packaged.
