Then did hear anything so I followed up and they said I had to go through the app. Which I can’t do. So instead of ring pops I’m stuck with this yellow plate. good business fast shipping I think 🤔 I need a whole 📦 thanks I was sent a completely different quilt than the one I ordered, and the quilt I received is not even finished and is in poor condition. I’m not sure whether this was an honest mistake or something else, but this is a significant error and not what I purchased.I reached out to the customer not realizing there was different quilts in the estate we bought. I wanted the customer to love the purchase so much we sent the matching pillow for free. We offered to take the purchase back and pay shipping. We wish we would have had the opportunity to make this mistake right before the review because our intentions were pure. You are so sweet! Loved how you packaged this!
