I asked the seller to give me one so the box wasn't messed up since it was for a gift. They said that would be no problem. when I opened the box the outer box was messed up. I have reached out to the seller. they offered my money back on the item however, this does not help my issue for a gift. I will shop cautiously next time.Thank you for the honest feedback, and I’m sorry the box wasn’t what you were hoping for. During the live I mentioned that both outer boxes I had showed some wear, and I sent the better of the two. If I gave the impression it would arrive flawless, that miscommunication is on me.
