I am extremely disappointed with the condition in which my order arrived. All of the items were thrown into one box without any protective packaging. As a result, one of the oil bottles ruptured and leaked over everything inside. The box itself was greasy and in unacceptable condition when I opened it.
This is not the level of care I expected. The entire order has effectively been damaged due to improper packaging.
I was informed that I would be getting a refund but instead be told that I can keep the damaged product for a 25% refund are you kidding me . I work hard for my money and so does everyone else. The least you can do is refund my money if you want your item back you can ship me a new box because I refuse to buy one to send your damaged product back .
