Hi there! unfortunately after the package leaves me I have no control over it. ZERO. Not how USPS treats it,or weather conditions, how long it sits outside your house, or in a delivery vehicle. Sucks I know! If it was melted that’s due to temp, next time you receive a package that could potentially melt please let it sit in the fridge for about an hour. I do know each item was carefully packaged & sealed as it was brand new products that had never been opened. I do wish you would have reached out with your concern instead of leaving a negative review as that GREATLY impacts us sellers. Literally amazing amazing amazing seller and deals!
