She offered free winter shipping and all of my plants arrived packed so carefully with thermal lining and a heat packs. Only one of my plants was a little hurt, and that was through no fault of the seller. My package kept getting delayed due to weather -gotta love the Midwest 🙃 and it ended up being ok. I also have won givvys and they were air plant holders! what a great givvy!! I will definitely order from her again and you should too! As usual plants arrived healthy well packaged in great condition always a joy to receive a box from this seller 2 were dead, packaging was great.. sure it was due to delays in the post office... Hopefully they replace it refund I recieved my plants,however the purple one was ok and the other one had died. That was disappointing,it was so beautiful. Packaged very nicely. They were insulated with a heat pack. At no falt to the shipper the box arrived smashed and all of the plants had lost their leaves. Can see new growth starting on the one already. We had unreasonable warm tempers in our area and the packaged was delayed at the St Louis distribution center, which I am sure did not help the plants. USPS took forever not her fault All in good condition. Thank you Unfortunately, the two small Begonias did not travel well. Not sure if they are dead, but close. The Peace Lily is beautiful and very healthy. The fish pot is adorable. The packaging is excellent. I am going to miss this Seller and the amazing plants that were sold. She (the big guy!) made it! The heat pak was still warm! I expect to lose one of smaller leaves but it’s healthy and it has two leaves ready to unfurl.

Thank you and delivered safely Superior packaging but my plants arrived dead. Delayed in transit. Items were heels in transit and froze and died.
