I went to them first to give a chance to fix it they told me to go through whatnot. Problem was my husband had already taken the box with most items coated in cookie icing the burst in the box and trashed it so I never thought to take a picture. I love PLD just lost my money on this box. Ordered 10 items and 3 were the wrong items. Theyve got good deals besides that... it looked like the printer made a line through some of the item numbers, and the numbers in the 60s got confused with items in the 30s because the 6s looked like 3s well You showed me a photo of more than one pice or item.Than just the beauty product I have purchased/ won. I know it was random pull. then show what you pulled out and then take a photo of that one item That I bid on and won.instead of the photo of the lot you pulled from and then put it in a large box .that contained only one item in it. why take a photo of whole bunch of make up.instead of what product that was being delivered . I understand what you are trying do .oh one other thing my random beauty pull on the original invoice says Random beauty pull #31 As showen and the box says #61 and then my phone says #61 , So the paper invoce is wrong? is that why there s a red marked through the purchasd. on the invoice Also please put the item That the person won in the photo .instead of Photo that's has the full lot of beauty product s .Because then the Coustmer s or following/ bidder won't be assuming they would get n whole lot from random pull .

Definitely will order more everything is perfect thank you so much One item (the powder) opened and got all over everything else in the box. Luckily nothing else was damaged. I ordered 6 small beauty products. 5 items came in a medium USPS box that had plenty of space. The smallest item arrived in a separate medium USPS box. This item was not wrapped like the items in the first box. The box was crushed. When I opened the item, the lid wasn't on properly and the jar was covered with creme. When I took the lid off the jar, it was clear this item was used. The protective cover was upside down and the jar was nearly empty. There was also no factory seal unlike the items in the other box. Also had issues of being over charged for shipping. Not sure why 6 beauty/lotions items needed two boxes.
