Sir it was a givvy card. Non purchase buyers receive a random card watch out for the "bait and switch "!!! Pluggz uses stickers. I purchased a Shohei card. He took the sticker off the original and put it in a less expensive card. the card I purchased was worth around $20. the card I received...$2. looks like others are having problems with this seller too. we need get rid of these scammers.I’m sorry you feel this way, but calling me a scammer is unfair and simply not true. I reached out as soon as I became aware of the issue and offered multiple ways to make it right, including finding the correct card, replacing it with another Ohtani, or canceling the order. I also sent you another card in good faith to help resolve the situation. After leaving this review, you blocked me from messaging you, so I could no longer communicate with you or work toward a solution. There was no bait and switch or intentional deception. I made every effort to make this right. packaging was terrible. he reused an envelope. If you can't afford new envelopes then you don't need to be in this business. I’m sorry you feel this way, but this review contains a false claim. I did not reuse an envelope. You purchased one card, which was shipped PWE (plain white envelope), a standard and appropriate shipping method for a single card. I take care when packaging orders and make every effort to ensure cards arrive safely. If you had concerns, I would have been happy to address them directly. I’m always open to constructive feedback, but claiming I reused an envelope and questioning whether I can “afford” new ones is inaccurate and unnecessary. The cards that were delivered were fine, but I will never break with this guy again. I bought a James Wood golden ticket /50 for I think $24-$25 and he was very upset about it. Complained for a solid 2 minutes on how he lost money and that’s why he didn’t run those kinds of cards. Guy literally yelling and going crazy. A few days later he cancelled my order and said his daughter spilled her drink on it. No picture, no proof, nothing. I say slap it in an envelope and ship it to me anyways since it wasn’t worth anything. This guy is a scammer and a clown.I bring a lot of energy and speak loudly during every stream—that was not directed at you or because of the card you purchased. Unfortunately, the card was accidentally damaged before it could be shipped, so I canceled the order and issued you a full refund. I was not comfortable sending a damaged card when you paid for one in good condition. You received your money back because I could no longer fulfill the order as purchased, not because of the card’s value. PROUD OF THIS GUY RIGHT HERE I spent $30+ buying baseball cards from this seller and had no issues until I made a simple comment questioning why he was upset over an auction involving a player who is currently underperforming. I insulted no one. He became angry and banned me without warning.
What made it worse was him publicly discussing the situation with 40+ viewers, displaying and reading our private Whatnot messages aloud, and making me the subject of his stream. He even asked his chat, “Should I ban him AGAIN?” despite initially acting like he never banned me.
My order was also shipped very late and poorly packaged, with the cards thrown into a bubble mailer with only penny sleeves/top loaders.
I came as a paying customer and expected basic professionalism. Disagreeing with a buyer is fine; publicly embarrassing them over a harmless comment is not. The entire interaction is preserved in the Whatnot recording. I was banned simply for expressing an opinion, with no warning.
