Even though it was a mystery box all items could be seen and were showed several times in the live. You knew exactly what you could receive. Your purchase which cost you $5 was worth $8.95 retail and you had a choice of lotions to choice from! I think it was a great deal! God bless! The hand sanitizers smell amazing. Well packed and easy to work with! Thanks! Came slowly not right time and the cases are heavily damagedUnfortunately we have no control over shipping time after we drop the item off. Your item was accepted by postal on 11/12, you ordered on 11/10. We would have happily refunded if you would have notified us right away that the package was so heavily damaged as you claim. The cards were in protective hard plastic sleeves then they are wrapped in cardboard then bubble wrapped. Why didn’t you at least send a pic and notify us first to try to resolve the issue before giving such a bad review??? Awesome items in the mystery boxes shows!
