Most likely, the item did not fit because Torrid does not use standard sizing. They use vanity sizing but, we also put the standard dress sizes in as well. The buyer needed to do their OWN research regarding sizing before purchasing instead of blaming me for something not fitting. The buyer is Permanently Banned! Love my purchase thanks so much!!
