But need to do better packing
them.All plants are packed with insulation and cold packs when local temperatures get too hot free of charge! Our plants are sealed in poly bags or deli-cups to prevent damage in transit. This order unfortunately arrived poorly due to weather, but we always refundable replace. Unfortunately this can always happen with live items, replacements and refund are always given when this happens. Customer was refunded.
