Thank you guys for being great! Ty for the cards! Great packaging and came earlier than expected I’ve been a loyal customer and have spent hundreds of dollars which makes these recent experiences especially disappointing.
First, the Gem Pack 4 box I ordered appeared to have been resealed. The glue was already separated, and I didn’t even need to use the pull tab to open it. On top of that, there were no hits in the entire box which raised further concerns about the integrity of the product.
In another situation I purchased packs that were shown on screen and specifically asked for them to be shipped sealed. Instead, the packs were opened, and the contents were sold to someone else. These packs had the hit of the Ponyta which was extremely frustrating.
As a long-time customer, I expected transparency and fair handling of products.
