We're sorry to hear you had that experience, unfortunately whatnot doesn't allow us to adjust shipping in the shop, Whatnot only does the special $.78 shipping when in live streams across the whole platform. Card was accurate and exact to the purchased card and condition listed and photoed in the shop. Piplup purchased from our shop was truley NM condition as pictured and discribed. We always take extra care and this card was shipped protected in penny sleeve, then top loader, team bag, then placed inside a secure bubble mailer. So sorry if something unexpected happened during transit.
