I know the usps are responsible for damaging box and getting them wet and stained. I reached out to seller as soon as they arrived and sent photos and was told they would fix the issue , that was 5 days ago and still haven’t heard back I sent a message asking for an update and haven’t received anything response. I sent all photos to whatnot support since I only have 7 days to request a refund Grabbed a few shoes from seller on a stream no one was bidding so I grabbed a good deal.
