Was charged full usps ground for shipping, yet seller shipped it at $.78 first class mailer, so I had to go to the usps office and pay even more fees $7 to get the package…seller needs to ensure proper packaging and shipping rates so buyer doesn’t have to go out of way to get package and continue to pay even more shipping fees that were already paid. Whatnot made the situation right however seller needs to pay up for shipping before all this hassle begins. I paid on stream for it so why was it still not shipped right? We truly wish you had reached out to us directly before leaving this review. We always do our best to make things right for our buyers when an issue comes up.
