I messaged pokeflex96 multiple times asking to cancel an order that had been sitting for a while and received no response at all. Since my messages were ignored, I even joined his next stream over the following two days to ask for a cancellation directly. He stated during the stream that the transaction would be canceled.
Despite that, he still went ahead and shipped the order anyway. No communication, no explanation, and no accountability.
On top of that, the card slabs were shipped in a simple bubble mailer with little to no protection, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with poor communication and careless shipping. All around terrible seller, and I would never do business with pokeflex96 again.
