There is no way the package was damaged. It has been done by the vendor themselves as the box the package came in has no damage to it at all so there is no way it is the deliver company or myself that has done this.

I have been going backwards and forward with the vendors he has ADMITTED that he ran out of stock so he proceeded to send me the wrong items which are also well less than the value of the ones I purchased. Sorry to hear of your bad experience Also i would like to add the fact that i can supply images of the said box in perfect condition before it was sent out. Yes i did run out of the storm emeralds packs which is my fault but instead i sent you 4 x gem 4 packs which are more valuable than what you won. Also as i told you i would send you out 4 esmeralda packs ontop of what you received free of charge. Royal mail or the customer damages items and im expected to replace them?
