Fabulous stream again guys and great package received very Purchased an item worth over £200 which was delivered by Royal Mail and left openly on my doorstep in full view of the street. This parcel was stolen from my doorstep.
I contacted the seller after Whatnot’s automated system denied my claim, but unfortunately I was repeatedly referred back to Whatnot despite explaining that I could not access support or raise the issue further myself. Royal Mail also advised that only the sender could raise a claim.
I appreciate delivery issues are frustrating for everyone involved, but I was disappointed by the lack of assistance and communication in trying to resolve the situation. Really fun stream, good products and fast shipping.
