The character spots in the Randomizer wheel is for a CHANCE to receive that specific character if pulled at the end of the break when I rip the packs open. If your character is NOT pulled during the break I ship you random bulk cards as a consolation prize. If I pulled your cards during the pack opening and they were not shipped to you.
