Reviews (803)Great packaging and fast delivery Great seller! Always enjoy his shows! Quick shipping Unfortunately groovy jewel was only 3/4 of water and already had a hole in it upon arrival 😞1st Jaden is a great buyer. But we dont feel that we did anything wrong to receive a 3 star review. We fully disclosed item was brand new in unopened box. So we were def accurate as the buyer acknowledged. The box did have some damage and we clearly stated, and buyer acknowledged and accepted. We also disclosed we are not responsible for manufacturer defects. As new sealed items we can't control the items condition as we don't open new items. We apologize you had an issue and offered to help with a resolution. Thanks so much. My daughter loves it
