I apologize that you are unhappy with your order. However, after careful review of your video receipt you recieved the Funko pop that you in-fact bid on. The chase rennigan sasuke was won by another customer and video receipt clearly reflects that. I apologize that your box arrived via usps damaged we do our best to label all of our boxes with fragile stickers in hopes they care for the box while in the shipping process.
