I purchased an item for £65 and requested to cancel the order immediately after placing it, before the bid had even ended. Despite contacting them right away, they refused to cancel the order. Poor customer service and a complete lack of flexibility. I would have expected a seller to be more understanding when a cancellation request is made so quickly. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off buying from them again. Amazing seller - highly recommend! Thanks loads - and I’ll be back!
