Your order shipped next day from the west coast, and the July 4th holiday did add a slight delay to carrier processing. Taking 4 business days to receive on the east coast all the way from the west coast can be disappointing.
I'm also sorry the hygiene liner had come loose when you opened your package. While those liners are designed to be removable and can occasionally detach during shipping, I understand how that could be frustrating.
