I love that sellers are providing more “buy now” items. Though you can get great deals with bidding sometimes, other times you just want to buy something outright without the drama. Seller is great, she shipped my purchase quick but unfortunately in transit one of the two candles I had purchased shattered. The items were wrapped in bubble wrap sufficiently and the other candle didn’t have crack on it at all. I think I just got unlucky and someone must of dropped/tossed it had on the side it shattered on.
When I reached out to the seller she was very kind and directed me to initiate a refund with whatnot. This was my first time having something like this happen on what not so I appreciate the sellers understanding and guidance. I would purchase from her again!
