A few of the items received were broke. They were common pieces, so not a major loss. Everything came in beautifully! Wonderful seller!! A GREAT PRODUCT FROM A GREAT SELLER!!! WOULD BUY FROM AGAIN!!! :) The quality of the minifigures didn't align with the seller's answers when asked about the condition of them in the stream. They were not in good condition and had a lot of playwear and damaged parts including nicks and bites on the legs, torso, face and accessories. The minifigures also had mismatched parts including the wrong capes and Nute Gunray had a replacement hand that is the wrong color. While the stream was live, damages weren't obvious due to the size and the seller did not disclose them. I was unable to reach a resolution with the seller to get any type of reimbursement.
