I did eventually get my cards about 2 weeks later after purchase but it was the correct cards so there's that! I hate to be this guy but I have given these guys more than a week to try to resolve my issue. I won a nice auto givy and I received a different card that was a patch card of some unknown player. The car was not sleeved and was in a long plain envelope. The card just flopped around in the large envelope and a corner got severely damaged making the card worthless. Givys should be an easy 5 rating but they messed it up and can’t even respond back. I noticed there are no current shows listed so I don’t know what is going on with them. I tried numerous times over the past 8 days to contact them. Horrible customer service which leaves me completely shocked. 😳 Good break I didn’t hit crap though. awesome awesome seller and show! Also, the packaging was honestly horrible. I received 12 cards, and over half of them weren’t even in penny sleeves. Nothing was in a hard sleeve, and the cards were loose in an envelope. That same day, I received a giveaway from someone else, and the packaging was way better and I didn’t even buy anything from him.
I understand $150 might not be a huge amount of money to them, but it was a lot to me, especially since I just started collecting cards. Hopefully they can do better with their packaging and orders moving forward. Shipped card no protection bent all up. Show a little respect to your buyers and the money they spend to support you. Thank you very much for the great cards and service! Sick and tired of these breakers - so money hungry they can’t even put the one card you got in a top loader. Spend 200 to get bent like a dummy then the icing on the cake is you realize you’re not a worth a 5 cent top loader to them. DO BETTER. Great stream. Thanks.
