Unfortunately, instead of apologizing or taking any accountability, the seller shifted the blame onto me and responded with attitude. Beware as this is how the situation was handled! I send this as a warning if you ever have any issues with her items, you will receive a negative response no matter how respectful you are. You basically got a free Chanel pouch that looked amazing on the exterior!! I always express the condition of my items before running them! The leather on the interior was damaged which causes flaking and you didn’t want to clean it? Nasty behavior for leaving me a bad review you want pristine top dollar quality but don’t want to pay the price!!! You were not respectful! Very ungrateful because I could have canceled your order since I lost out on hundreds letting you get it for literally nothing!!! Have a nice life, I really hope you notice your fault!
